Physical Distance Guidelines for Quilt Drop Off & Pick Up

During this ever changing time the health, safety,  and peace of mind for our customers and our family is our top priority. So, like  every business, we need to adjust to some new procedures.
As  always, an appointment is required for both quilt drop off & pick up. Please  call 303-425-4000 or email info@abetterquilt.com to make an  appointment.

IDENTIFY!!
A note  with your name must be pinned to each item (quilt top, backing, batting, binding  material, etc.). If there is more than one  quilt, be sure to also number each piece (Quilt 1, Quilt 2, etc) so we get the  right back with right top, etc.  Make sure any choices for thread color  or quilting patterns are also clearly identified as to which quilt

When you drop of quilts you are welcome to ring door bell and we can take your quilts from you or you can just leave them on the porch.  Be sure to include a Quilt Order Form with any instructions and your full name.  Sorry, but during this time there is no customer access to look  at patterns or thread colors.  We can discuss briefly at door or by email if desired. Quilt Pick Up
For quilt pick-up, we are now keeping qults inside until you are here. Please have your check made out  for proper amount in advance. Go ahead and ring  door bell so we can hand you your quilts and you can give us you payment.  If paying with cash, please put proper amount in an envelope.
IMPORTANT:
If there is another customer at the door when you  arrive, we ask that you please wait until they are back in their vehicle before  you come to the door.
