Physical Distance Guidelines for Quilt Drop Off & Pick Up

During this ever changing time the health, safety,  and peace of mind for our customers and our family is our top priority. So, like  every business, we need to adjust to some new procedures.
As  always, an appointment is required for both quilt drop off & pick up. Please  call 303-425-4000 or email info@abetterquilt.com to make an  appointment.

Please be sure to pin a note with your name and phone number to each piece (top, backing, batting, etc) that you bring!

If you have  quilts to drop off please leave them on the front porch and ring doorbell so we  know you have dropped them off. Be sure to include a Porch Drop Off Form with any instructions and your full name.  Sorry, but during this time there is no customer access to look  at patterns or thread colors.  We can discuss by phone and /or email pattern  suggestions if desired. Quilt Pick Up
For quilt pick-up, a few minutes before your appointment time, we will put your quilts on the front porch. Please have your check made out  for proper amount in advance. If paying with cash, please put proper amount in an envelope. Please leave your payment in the plastic container in the milk box.
IMPORTANT:
If there is another customer at the door when you  arrive, we ask that you please wait until they are back in their vehicle before  you come to the door.
We are able to converse through door, please step off the porch to maintain proper distancing.
